退火：
连续式全自动退火线 —— 锟底式氮基保护气氛等温球化退火炉，该生产线通过了国际轴承领导品牌的认证。
Annealing:
Continuous automatic annealing line. Roller bottom type nitrogen-based protective atmosphere isothermal spheroidized annealing furnace is adopted. The production line has been approved by international leading bearing brands.
淬火+回火：
采用世界品牌同一条锟底式可控气氛盐浴淬火线。可实现深冷处理，微观金相组织的马氏体针状结构明显，残余奥氏体不高于5%。
Quenching + tempering:
Adopts the same roller bottom type controlled atmosphere salt bath quenching line of world leading bearing brand. It can achieve cryogenic treatment, and the micro metallographic structure has obvious acicular martensite structure. The residual austenite is not higher than 5%.
